1. Discovery Consultation
We will arrange a complimentary 30-minute meeting at your residence to discuss and accurately assess whether our services align with your specific requirements. Upon this meeting, we will provide rough estimates for the labor and materials your project will need. Based on your budget and design preferences, we will collaboratively determine the best approach and direction needed, to get your project underway.
2. Pre-Contract Design Proposal
We will provide you with a written advanced scope of work. This will include an overview and description of estimated costs and material options within your stated budget. As well as an estimated timeline for the work that you can expect. If the nature of your project will need to satisfy architectural renderings or planning permissions, this will be addressed at the onset of these meetings along with expected costs. This is a paid investigation and pre-contract design proposal that we will present to you during a second in-person meeting. The cost varies based on the size and scope of your project (typically ranging from 150 CHF to 500 CHF) and will be credited back to you if you decide to hire our firm for your project.
3. Budget, Design and Detailed Measurement Stage
A written contract will be drafted for yourself and our services to refer and agree to. A deposit of the proposed project budget will confirm project commencement. With all legalities in place, we will begin to research and compile every aspect of the design for your remodel. Over the course of typically 2-3 in person or email meetings (your given preference) we will collaboratively define and confirm your desired renovation layout, material and design choices. Once all final design choices have been made, your final budget proposal will be detailed, updated and distributed. It is also here that we will sort out any necessary planning and permission steps. Once we have all your final design confirmations, all necessary documentation sorted, we will place orders for materials and align our teams. At this point we will give you an accurate timeline to completion you can anticipate.
4. Demolition - Building - Installation Stage
The magic begins here. As your chosen contractor, we will organize and deploy our teams. We will keep you updated at every step. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, you will be promptly informed, and we will work to resolve any issues while keeping your project on a time- sensitive schedule.
5. Finishing Stage
At this final stage, we will ensure that your project is completed to the agreed-upon expectations and standards. We will meticulously inspect the finished work and address any concerns or touch-ups necessary. If you have requested staging and furniture / decor services, we will begin to assist you in this domain.
